You can choose between two options of training:
1. limited - in one of the places (once a week),
2. open - at any place of your choice (up to four times a week).
Your choice has to be made once a term.
With entry fee you will receive introductory paperbook. In our School you can also buy the hardcover book of sensei Piotrkowicz "Japanese Swordmanship Handbook - Battodo".
We are the first and the only club in Poland with regular tameshigiri trainings (sharp sword cut). Tameshigiri trainings take place every second Thursday at Kazimierzowska street 16 at 20.30 and two times monthly in weekend.
We also teach taiho-jutsu - a combination of Japanese self-defense techniques and the practice of wakizashi, tanto and Nihon kobudo weapons (yari, naginata, wooden stick, cane, kusarigama, shuriken) - on the special seminars and training camps - gasshuku.

Beginners can participate in regular sportswear (dark sweatpants and white or dark T-shirt).It's essential to have a wooden sword called bokken (bokuto) - starting from the first training. We train barefoot or whearing special socks called tabi. After purchising trainig, blunt sword mozoto (iaito) you should buy black samurai pants hakama, wide belt obi and white or navy top called keikogi. You can start training with sharp sword shinken (katana) in the first year of practice.
Apart from systematic training people from outside Warsaw can take part in weekend trainings and seminars both with Polish and famous foreign masters. You can also take part in a summer or winter training-camp after beeing approved by sensei Piotrkowicz.
